For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, the data controller for this Website is YouWol SAS.  We do not seek to identify individual visitors to this Website unless you sign up to receive our newsletter, contact us via a form on this Website or send us an email.  In such cases your Personal Data may include your name, email address, other contact details and the enquiry made.  Your Personal Data will be treated carefully and used by YouWol solely for the purposes that it was supplied or as set out in this Cookie & Privacy Policy.  We will process the Personal Data provided by you through this Website to answer your query and if relevant, manage our business relationship with you.

a)     YouWol utilises the services of a marketing partner located in the USA. Your name, company and email address details submitted through the “Web Request Form” form feature of the Website will be transferred outside the EEA where it will be held subject to YouWol’s marketing partner’s privacy policy. You will receive email editions of the “YouWol News” and other YouWol marketing information we believe you may be interested in from time to time. You may opt-out from receiving these emails.

b)    In order to provide you with the information or services which you have requested, Personal Data may occasionally and in the case of a “Contact Us” form feature of the Website, be transferred or shared with third parties who act for us for further processing in accordance with the purposes for which the data was originally collected or for purposes to which you have subsequently consented.
